Frequently asked questions

How do we choose an Incoterms® rule?

We compare the route, transport control, cost allocation, insurance and customs responsibilities. The rule is fixed only after reviewing the full transaction structure.

What is included in a Chinese supplier review?

We review the full Chinese legal name, unified code, registration data, signatory authority and consistency of bank details. Factory and sample checks are agreed separately.

Which documents should be checked before payment?

At minimum: contract, specification, invoice, packing list, beneficiary details, origin and conformity requirements, and the signatory’s authority.
